​I have a strong desire to help professionals and organizations be the best they can be.  I understand that organizational success begins with organizational talent.  I know what it looks like and how it can be you!

I provide workshops and individual coaching on career development strategies. It does not matter how talented you are or what you have to offer an employer if you cannot get consideration. You can only get consideration if you stand out from the crowd. This is where I come in. I can give you tailored strategies that align with your career preparation.

I am proud that for more than 18 years, I have been mentoring careers and coaching leadership profiles. Over 20 years in hiring roles, I have been involved in screening and hiring processes that included volume hiring campaigns and I know what grabs attention.
